"Many backend developers can write a basic Express CRUD API, but struggle when faced with distributed race conditions, memory leaks in the Node.js event loop, or database deadlocks under high concurrency.

To master production systems engineering, I built Backend Mastery across 30 dedicated architectural domains:

First, at the runtime level in 06-nodejs-internals, the repository deconstructs the V8 engine and libuv event loop—explaining the precise execution order of microtasks, process.nextTick, and macrotask timers, and how to prevent event loop blocking with worker threads and streams.
